Returns & Refunds policy

At Imarketix LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing services. All sales are considered final once services have been delivered or commenced, except as expressly stated in this policy. Refunds are granted only under the conditions described below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
• Clients may request a refund within 14 days of payment only if services have not yet started and no deliverables have been provided.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and require written request.
• Requests may be denied if services have begun or work has already been performed.

3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable once started, including but not limited to:
• SEO strategy implementation
• Paid advertising campaign setup and management
• Social media management
• Content creation delivered to the client
• Any portion of services already rendered
Refunds will not be issued for these services once they are in progress.

4. Partial Refunds
If a partial refund is granted, the amount will be proportional to the unused portion of services at the time of cancellation, as determined by Omarketix LLC.

5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must contact us via email at mediaboost991@gmail.com with:
• Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)
• Reason for refund request
• Relevant supporting documentation
Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 7 business days.

6. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refund timeframes may vary depending on the payment provider but typically occur within 10–15 business days after approval.

7. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
